we work with high schools to build and run Outdoor Leadership Training Programs.

These programs are:
​
​Student-run: Students run all aspects of the club, leading trips, building culture, and managing risk. This builds problem-solving, leadership, and collaborations skills.

Self-sustaining: Our planning, leadership and organization structures allow schools to easily run anywhere from three to nine overnight trips each year. They are designed to outlast student graduation and teacher turnover.

Transformational: Taking part in this program builds students’ self-confidence, resilience, connection to nature, and sense of belonging in school. It gives students who typically struggle in school opportunities to be successful and feel ownership .
